be careful your laptop doesnt overheat. Plus it makes your battery less effective. it is cool for when its off!

I think its a great idea, honestly didn't know there were laptop covers.... I wonder if the ones they sell have a vent for over the fan area?? Its great, as stated above, for when its off! You did a great job designing it!

If you could factor in a mesh or something for the vent you could make a bunch of them in different colors and then have a laptop for any mood:yay :yay :yay

Yeah you can get all kinds of covers. I've never seen it written that they can't be used when the computer is on though.

I'm planning on making more in different colors and patterns.

What a great idea! I think where it's crocheted, that there's openings for the fan to "breathe".
