You might try posting in the Searching for patterns section.
Ebay has a few to purchase. You might look at these links and see if they are what you are looking for.

You also could check your local library as there are older pattern books that may have soccer balls in them.

I made this one from Crochet World August 1992 issue. It has a soccerball on the front. The pattern is from Agnes Russell and done in the round. I also have the one that is done in rows, but it doesn't seem to make a nice round ball. I made five of these so far and they turn out really well. Here is one:
