Donnalynn, your flowers arrived to me last week, Monday or Tuesday. I'm sorry about the delay in letting you know. But I loved them and they were such a nice pick-me-up to come home from work and see that puffy waiting for me. My children absconded with several of them immediately and I had to round them back up so I could take a picture of their loveliness....the flowers, that is! My children are lovely, too, but I have lots of pictures of them!

Here are the lovely flowers for everyone to see!

Thank you so much, Donna! They're beautiful!

Wow Dazy! You got that package fast! I just mailed them out from an automated mail center at the P.O. on Saturday afternoon. I barely made their 6PM pickup. I haven't even had time to get online and let our group know that I mailed them out :lol so that must have been a fun surprise!

I'm in love with the mirror ones. I wanted to make the daisy one a fridgie for you but at the last minute I couldn't find my magnets or my glue gun so it's up to you what you want to do with it. The compact and the fridgie are both patterns here at C'ville in the Original Patterns section. I did the daisy one a bit different than the original though. I was really worried the mirrors would break in the mail.

And yes, you will have to go relax in the tub! Sorry but the bath salts didn't make it in the package. They got lost somewhere between the store and the P.O. :think

Gina,

Thanks sooooo much! I am on :c9 . I LOVE :manyheart them all, especially the compact one. What an original idea. I will definitely have to put that one in my purse and show it off! You did a great job! Again, thanks so much. I don't have my digital camera right now, but will try to get some pictures posted as soon as possible. Oh, and dazy, I will post yours as well.

Lucky me to have such great swap partners!

a peach Irish rose-type flower with a beautiful gold button as a center
a deep pink Irish rose with a jeweled button as a center
a purple flower with ruffle-y petals
a dark red mum-type flower that is so full and cuddly I"m considering pasting eyes on it and naming it "Flower Head" :lol
a pink thread rose with a swirly center
a purple and yellow thread bookmark
a little doily that will end up on my hair sure as you're born :yes
a pack of barrette blanks so I can make more hair toys since I don't have nearly enough. :P
a pack of elastic cording. (see above entry re: hairtoys)

THANK YOU! :ty

:cheer Ann,

I am so glad you received your flowers and that you liked them. I saw a post somewhere that said you enjoyed making hair jewelry, so I hoped you could use what I sent. By the way, if you do make the doily into a hair thing, I would love to see a picture. I have so many of these little doilies, you can only use so many as doilies. Thanks!

~Diane

Group 5,
Thanks for being so understanding. My kitty never got any better, this morning he could barely move at all, could barely hold his head up. We took him to the vet and had him put to sleep. :cry At least he's not suffering anymore.
Anyhow, since I didn't go to work today, I had time to package up ya'lls flowers and take them to the post office, so you should receive them in 3-5 days.

I finally had time to take pics and upload them, so here are the flowers I received from my lovely swap partners!
