Hello everyone 
,
I started hooking an Christmas 2012 - and I can't stop ...
I am a knitter about 40 years, I love spinning and (sometimes) to work something in cross stitch.
I am 45 years old, mother of 3 sons (21, 20 and 14) and in love with a wonderfull guy, who is travelling around the world most of the time. And so I have a lot of time for crafts *yes*!
I am very glad to be here and I am sure, I could learn much from your nice community

Hello from Eastern PA! I did an exchange program to University of Dortmund one summer at university, and I *loved* Germany. I hope to go back again someday.
I and the others in my group were very struck by how similar the geography looks to ours here in PA. One guy even had a theory that the reason PA has so many Pennsylvania Dutch (AKA Pennsylvania German; "Dutch" being a corruption of "Deutsch") is that they got here, took a look at the mountains, and went "Welp, we're home! Let's just stay here!"
