After much research I found the pattern, wrote it down, then misplaced it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

You're right- that is the photo info (which I misplaced also) but I had located the pattern itself for the set. I am such a clutz about being organized so I probably trashed it and I just love this little outfit.
