What am I looking for to make doll clothes for a cabbage patch doll? Will AG or Dora patterns work?

If I remember correctly, if you go into the free patterns, there are some Cabbage Patch Doll patterns there.

 

There are several there by Darski.  Just go to Free Original Patterns and search for Cabbage Patch  Doll

 

Here is one example Colorful Times and another Let it snow.

 

There are a lot more.
