Here's an excellent tutorial for learning to read filet charts http://hassdesign.co...iletTechniques/

You'll find a lot more patterns with only the first couple rows written out then you will with the entire pattern written out.

Maybe one of these will work: http://www.redheart....hearts-diamonds

Ravelry link for a square: http://www.ravelry.c...rt-square-12x12

This one is a baby blanket, but has hearts: http://www.redheart....ly-baby-blanket

Here is another square: http://dishclothdiar...pink-crush.html

If you are a member of Ravelry (it's free to join if you're not), do a search in crochet patterns for heart afghan. That's where I got all of these patterns from!

If you are just interested in the hearts and not into the filet you might like my

"My Heart Belongs to Baby" pattern.

It works up very quickly and can be done in one colour or many colours if you wish. I was thinking that a deep pink, pink and white would be cute.

A ship in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships were built for..  :think

When in doubt... make a hat.      And feel free to *pin* me.

I just made a scarf called Double Crochet Heart scarf. It is done in filet crochet. It was So EASY. I know you could do it. Just make it as wide as you want.
