Heart Book Marker :manyheart A small red heart edged with white.

Materials:
Sportweight cotton in red and white (small amounts of each)
:hook hook: 2.50 mm


dtr: Explained
yarn over hook 3 times; insert hook in st indicated
and draw loop through (5 loops on hook); wool over
and draw through 2 loops at a time; 4 times.

Rnd 1: Ch 7, join with sl st in first ch to form a ring.Ch 3, work 30 dtr in ring, ch 3, sl st in ring. Fasten off.

Attach white with sl st in ring between two ch-3's of previous round. Ch 3, sc in top of first dtr, (ch 2 ,sk 1 dtr, sc in next dtr) 6 times, sc in next dtr, hdc in next drt, sc in next dtr; ( ch 2, sk 1 dtr, sc in next dtr) 6 times, ch 3 ,sl st in first ch of starting ch 3, fasten off.

Attach red to bottom of heart; ch 30, fasten off. Add a tassle to the end.
