This calculator is for a knitted shawl BUT I checked my numbers for my U Shawl and they are very close. I'm going to use the measurements for another crocheted shawl and see how it comes out. The measurements I entered were for hdc with ww yarn and H hook: 3, 3, 5, 12, 28. The more wedges you put in, the fuller the back will be. The term referred to as "wrap and turn" indicates an increase.

I probably should let you know I didn't use any sort of calculations for my shawl. Just increased evenly across the back to keep it in a nice circle.

WOW! Thanks so much for this!
The namaste gesture bespeaks our inner valuing of the sacredness of all. It is saying, silently, "I see the Deity in us both, and bow before Him or Her. I cannot separate that which is spiritual in us from that which is human and ordinary."
