Continental style knitting. I'm really good at throwing knitting--mostly off the needles or on the floor!

Kim Guzman teaches a Beginning Knitting class that features continental style. She usually offers it several times a year, and it's always very popular.

So just watch our schedule, which will be updated in December and/or early January with upcoming classes for 2012.

I can't post on the class suggestions thread; so I hope it's okay to post here. Was there ever a class offered on lining purses? For that matter, I would like to learn stitches for hand sewing when there's no sewing machine available. I have started to work on purses, and I am having a hard time figuring out the lining of them and the best stitches to use and how to make them neatly.

Thanks.

I would love to see a purse lining class as well. I need a big purse with organization, so I don't make purses very often.

Hello Donna.
I am wondering if Amy's class on publishing your own crochet designs is going to be offered again?
Thanks

Hi! Donna:

I would like to see offered again - " Designing for Print Publication ". I missed the January class, this seems to be a good source for the business side of our art.

Thank you.
KMareschi

I'd like to see this one again, too.

I know I missed it in May of this year, but I am just letting it be heard that I want to take the symbol crochet class. I looked at those symbol charts and thought NO WAY! But the other day, they helped me figure out a written pattern. I would love to learn more!

What about having a crochet-along to a pattern that might be a bit too difficult?

Would anyone be interested in a design-your-own crescent shawl class, using short rows?

Are you thinking Tunisian or "regular" crochet?  Or would it apply to both?

It's official--I cannot type the word "stitch", it always comes out "sttich".
