I can't find the thread I posted to earlier today. It was old anyway.

Before anyone makes a trip to Nease's Needlework on Ponce in Decatur. She now has her shop online only.

Here is her website: http://www.neasesnee...k.com/index.php

At the location where Nease's used to be is now:

Sheepish, which carries knitting, weaving, crochet, and spinning supplies.

All that Yarn used to be in Fountain Square on Stone Mountain Hwy in Snellville. The shop is gone and the website looks abandoned.

Anyone else have updates on shops in metro Atlanta?

It'd be unfortunate if someone from out of town made a special trip looking for yarn shops, only to find them gone.
Please use only my C'ville name "GRAN" in your posts. Thanks.

Yarn Garden Knit Shop in downtown Lawrenceville is a great little store. The ladies are so nice and are always helpful. I can go in there and ask for any help I need. You can email them at yarngardenknits@bellsouth.net and sign up for their newsletter. They also have a website http://www.yarngardenknitshop.com/ They do a lot of knitting, but I've always found my crochet hobby very welcome in the shop.

I shop at the Knitting Emporium in downtown Kennesaw, great little place, it's a little house that has been converted into a yarn shop.
